Alchemia

Alchemia (Jiri & Friends), a spiritual brand with fair trade and sustainable products, is the only company within the Nederlands that sells and manufactures their own products. It was founded in 2014 and delivers products to hundreds of vendors throughout Europe, from Amsterdam to Ibiza.As a goal, Alchemia desires to sell their products thought it's own channels for higher margins, as they managed the explosive growth on external channels already (such as marketplaces & B2B). However, they weren't familiar with the setup of their own online strategy and propositions.And so Marveltest came in the picture, we identified a significant opportunity. As we executed a thorough analyses of their data and Alchemia's current success on market places, we showed the potential of their business. Based on the metrics and market development insights, the decision to cooperate was made.Whilst writing this (11/22) the project has been running for 6 months, and the website is live almost 3 months. This far the expected average values are 100% higher than expected! Aside from that, the conversion rates are at 40% of the goal already. As soon as the proposition tests are completed, we are convinced this project will be a success!

ACO Water Management is a renowned organization that operates in 47 countries on a large scale. Founded in 1946, the business’ focus lies on civil installation and water management solutions that contribute to a sustainable future. Their main goal was to acquire B2B leads for their water management projects, predominately concentrated on Dutch municipalities. Secondly the goal was to provide urban areas with more landscaping. Marveltest's data-driven approach led to ACO's decision to start the challanging project.Over a period of 12 months the full online lead generation infrastructure was established for ACO on Social channels and Google. Moreover, audience segmentation was designed with website visitor scraping tools to evaluate whether the right audiences were reached for their specific target audience. Aside from acquiring the B2B leads it was important to increase the online visibility, and ACOs brand awareness, in this industry. At the start of the project Marveltest helped ACO to gain understanding of the online potential, the importance of website traffic segmentation and data visualization.

Eichholtz

Eichholtz has grown into one of the world's most reputable luxury design brands. Theo Eichholtz founded the furniture business back in 1992. This reputable wholesaler was looking for international growth, focusing on Europe, and had the wish to engage with store owners abroad. Marveltest showed Eichholtz how we were able to provide useful insights into the behavior of their new target audience and conducted initial research to display the different possibilities. From there, Marveltest worked closely together with Eichholtz and initiated the Digital Transition in 2019. Through a highly intensive social campaign throughout Europe, we were able to identify the potential customer base of Eichholtz. At that point, we started conducting multiple A/B tests to establish the right strategy for the identified European target audience. The end result? Eichholtz now sells products to over 1000 retailers all over Europe, and we've been able to push their CAC down by 300%!

The Analogues; one of the biggest Beatles tribute bands in the world! There European tour, consisting or 30+ shows, was sold out in 2022. The Telegraphic Newspaper rated their preformance with 5 stars back when they played in the sold out Palladium in London, a real cherry on top!We've devided the tribute band it's main goals into two projects; the first is to sell out all tribute shows, and the second is to market their own music with their second band The Analogues Sideshow.Because Marveltest made a Spotify research report our collaboration came about.The acquisition of first-party data was one of the key strategies for The Analogues. Moreover, Marveltest helped The Analogues Sideshow with establishing a data-driven Spotify campaign and elevating songs based on quantitative data and feedback.
