Amsterdam Cheese Company, with unreplicatable ingredients the best taste of Amsterdam. Any tourist can take a flavoured memory of their trip to the Netherlands home with these products. Aside from their physical stores in Amsterdam, the brand also had the goal to provide products to their customers back home as well. Why settle for this amazing cheese only when in Amsterdam, right?Their focus was on growing internationally, we as Marveltest had the same enthusiasm for putting Amsterdam on the map. After carefully analyzing the international roll out potential to close the funnel (returning customers), we setup different dedicated funnels for various countries.With three localized funnels setup from running ads to mailing automation, the Amsterdam Cheese Company is now one step closer to represent Amsterdam over the globe!

PowNed, a public media company, has a style all of its own: challenging, straight when necessary, humorous, intelligent and uncensored. They're taking a stand, tackling, confronting, sometimes shocking watchers with newswurthly insights with some self-mockery when suitable.Their goal is to use all technology and media platforms to attract the network generation to the public system. PowNed and Marveltest both being confident about their own believes felt like a match made in heaven. Besides the same style Powned and Marveltest are also looking for the most disruptive campaigns and challenges. Together we started the journey to convert the PowNed media into NFT's and setup the whole platform as first public media company of the Netherlands. With the remarkable branding and the deployed campaigns it resulted in a long waiting list of potential NFT holders. As an outcome the list grew towards 5.579 members!

Happy Eyes

Happy Eyes is the online partner for contact lens subscriptions. Customers can receive their contact lenses at home every month for a competitive price. This includes an annual eye check free of cost at an optician of their choice. However, they were struggling to find the right target audience online and were losing money due to their online funnel setup. They noticed that a lot of customers churned after just one month. Happy Eyes fully trusted the expertise of Marveltest to bring their company to the next level.

We put our efforts into finding the right target audience for eye lens subscriptions online, which required a niche strategy. In order to find the right marketing communication strategy for the different needs of the audience, we tested multiple propositions to attract the right audience that would not churn. As a result, we were able to lower their churn rate from 79% in January to 1.76% in December. Additionally, we increased the number of active subscriptions from 89 to 227.

Overall, Marveltest helped Happy Eyes find the right target audience and marketing communication strategy, resulting in significant improvements in their customer retention and active subscriptions.

Oya's Childcare has a unique childcare system that is focussed on individual attention and growth. Their exceptional service is flexible, with their main focus on quality. This is achieved by combining their expert knowledge and best practices with a dose of common sense. Marveltest identified online possibilities, with the first and most important point of attention: optimizing their website. A redesigned website with new content and rewritten copy contributes to the main goal; providing information for parents and recruiting new staff. That last goal is being executed through MarvelJobs, that way we ensure to recruit new staff for Oya's Childcare. The new webshop will go live any day now, so we're very excited to keep you posted on the results!
